Casa Bosques Chocolate is a project based on the exploration of the history, methods, origins + culture of chocolate. They create bean to bar chocolate featuring the rare + very pure white bean cacao Criollo, grown by a small holder ranch in the southern region of Pichucalco, Chiapas in México. They also source from other origins such as Tabasco and countries like Belize and Ecuador.
