Our wildflower honey comes from the famous Carrizo Plain open grassland area of east San Luis Obispo County: the wildflower bloom can be seen from space. It's been hand-infused with Habanero, Serrano, and Aleppo chilis in small batches to add tasty heat. The hotness is subtle at first taste + builds slightly to finish with a spicy kick!
